Instant reports and live voice sessions are accessed using our token system. Tokens have no cash value outside the platform, are non-transferable between accounts, and are consumed as described on the relevant product or session page. Free preview content and free trial minutes are provided at our discretion and may be adjusted at any time.
Purchased tokens are generally non-refundable once a report has been generated or a live session has begun. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at our contact page and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Live AI voice reading services are not available to customers billing from U.S. states where such services are restricted or prohibited by law. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout based on your billing state, and access resumes automatically if you update your billing state to one where the service is permitted.
You agree not to use this site or any live session to harass, threaten, or abuse our AI advisors or staff, to attempt to circumvent the token system, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, the MatrixAstro logo, chart designs, and reading methodology — is the property of Wealth Profusion LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by a state-specific restriction on psychic or entertainment reading services.
